DVAM 2017 is Now!

Domestic Violence: It's Everybody's Business!

This is an event at a university campus that is bringing people from the community together to raise awareness about domestic violence and honor those who have been affected by it. There will be a survivor sharing her story, as well as a reading of all the names of women in Texas who were killed by their intimate partner in the past year. There will be a speaker talking about the impact of domestic violence, as well as prayers, songs and a time of sharing afterwards, especially for those victims or survivors who may need to talk to someone.
