Program Specialist with our Policy & Research Team

The National Resource Center on Domestic Violence is looking for a full-time, dedicated change maker to provide programmatic and technical support to the day-to-day operations of the Policy & Research team, including supporting the work of the Safe Housing Capacity Building Resource Center.

Some of the tasks under this position:
Data collection, meeting planning & facilitation; update materials in our Safe Housing Partnerships website; identifying relevant news items for web & social media distribution; identify & analyze research & policy related to key public policy issues; develop & update presentations, reports, factsheets, & correspondence; tracking projects in content management systems, etc.

If you are organized, detail oriented, a creative problem-solver, & passionate about gender-based violence & other social justice movements…we want you on our team.

If you can bring a strong intersectional analysis into the work, foster multiple strategies to enhance & develop relationships with key constituents, lead authentic conversations & be a catalyst for effective policy change that interrupts the root causes of gender violence…we want you on our team.

Salary range for this position is $48 – 55,000/year, along with a robust benefits package including comprehensive healthcare insurance, retirement plan, vacation & personal time. This position may be remote-based, or located in our Harrisburg, PA or Washington D.C. offices.
