At NRCDV we help the people and organizations who work tirelessly to help survivors. Our team partners with coalitions, programs, and policy leaders to move ideas into practice, so communities can respond faster and with compassion. Our mission is to strengthen and transform efforts to end domestic violence.

• Survivor-centered and equity-driven: We prioritize strategies shaped by lived experience and community wisdom.
• Practical impact: Tools, training, and guidance that frontline teams can use today.
• Collaborative by design: Cross-team work across Policy, Training and TA, Research & Resources, and Awareness.

What you’ll do here

Depending on the role, you might:

• Translate research into usable tools and briefs.
• Deliver training and technical assistance to advocates and coalitions.
• Support policy and systems change that works in real life.
• Build campaigns and communications that
• mobilize communities.
